Exchanges only are accepted within 30 days of purchase for: wrong size, defects/imperfections, or manufacturing-related issues.

To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags/packaging (if included) and proof of purchase. Photos are required for defects/manufacturing issues.

Exchanges are not accepted for normal wear and tear, damage from washing/care, or damage after delivery, or any request made after 30 days. We may deny exchanges that don’t meet this policy.
Repairs / Alterations
Need a repair or alteration? Email us and we’ll help you out. All repairs and alterations are offered for a fee, and pricing is quoted per inquiry. Send your order number (if available), a brief description of what you need, and a few photos, and we’ll reply with an estimate and next steps.
